David Goggins: It’s Easy To Be Great Nowadays
David Goggins is an American ultramarathon runner, ultra-distance cyclist, triathlete, motivational speaker and author.
He is a retired United States Navy SEAL and former United States Air Force Tactical Air Control Party member who served in the War in Afghanistan and the Iraq War.
He is the only member of the U.S. Armed Forces to complete SEAL training (including two Hell Weeks), the U.S. Army Ranger School (where he graduated as Enlisted Honor Man) and Air Force Tactical Air Controller training.
Former Navy Seal and Ultra-endurance athlete David Goggins says they only thing stopping you on your journey to greatness is your reflection in the mirror.
If you have ANY mental toughness, if you have any fraction of self-discipline; the ability to NOT want to do it, but STILL DO IT. If you can get through to doing things that you hate to do: on the other side is GREATNESS!
“It’s so easy to be great nowadays, because everyone else is weak.”
